Placeholders

The five placeholders Vowbound registers, and how eco exposes them through PlaceholderAPI.

A Vowbound placeholder flows through PlaceholderAPI into anywhere else on the server that reads placeholders: a scoreboard, a tab list, or another plugin's menu.

Registered placeholders

PlaceholderValue
%vowbound_partner%The player's married partner's name, empty if not married
%vowbound_status%single, engaged or married
%vowbound_married_days%Days since the wedding, 0 if not married
%vowbound_church%The church the player married at
%vowbound_couples%Server-wide count of married couples
'<white>Status: <gray>%vowbound_status%'
'<white>Married %vowbound_married_days% days'

Setup

Nothing to install or enable separately. If PlaceholderAPI is on the server, these five just work, in any plugin that reads placeholders.

Using them elsewhere

A scoreboard, a tab list, a holographic sign, anything that supports PlaceholderAPI can show %vowbound_status% or any of the others, the same way it would show a placeholder from any other plugin.
