Married life
Shared home, teleport requests, private couple chat, gifts, a kiss, and the toggles behind all of them.
Everything on this page needs both players to already be married.
Shared home
/marry sethome
/marry homeOne shared location per couple, either partner can set or use it. Cleared automatically on divorce.
Teleport requests
/marry tp
/marry tpaccept/marry tp asks your partner, /marry tpaccept teleports you to them. Blocked with a
message if the partner has their tp toggle off.
Couple chat
/marry chat <message>
/marry chat/marry chat <message> always sends one line to your partner privately, regardless of
the toggle. /marry chat with no message flips the toggle: once it's on, everything you
type in normal chat goes to your partner alone instead of the public chat, until you
toggle it off again. It starts off, so getting married never takes over anyone's chat.
Couple chat grabs the message before chat plugins format it, so a chat plugin does not
also post it publicly.
Gifts
/marry giftGives the item in your hand to your partner, if they're online, within
gift.max-distance, and have gifts toggled on.
A kiss
/marry kissHeart particles and a sound when within 3 blocks of your partner, on a cooldown from
kiss.cooldown-seconds.
The toggles
/marry toggle chat
/marry toggle tp
/marry toggle giftEach one is personal: turning your tp toggle off stops others' teleport requests from
reaching you, it doesn't affect requests you send. tp and gift start on, chat starts off.
Attending someone else's ceremony
/marry attend <church>Seats you as a guest at a church with a ceremony running, up to seats.max-guests.
Sneaking, dying, or walking out of the church region stands you back up automatically,
and every guest is unseated once the ceremony ends. See The ceremony
for the rest of what happens during one.
Anniversaries
Handled automatically, nothing to run. See The ceremony for how the reward pool works.
