https://discord.arrowtan.cc is the only support channel. Bug reports, feature requests and setup questions all go there, there is no public issue tracker.

Marketplace conversations

If you bought through BuiltByBit, you can also message through that listing's conversation system. Discord is faster and is where NovaFFA's other plugins are supported too, so it is the better first stop.

Before you ask

Check the FAQ and the page for whatever you are configuring, Configuration, Commands and Permissions cover most setup questions on their own. Bring your config.yml and the exact error from your console if you do reach out, it saves a round trip.
