There is no public issue tracker, so please do not go looking for one. Discord is it.
What to bring
Most problems are solved in one message if you include these.
Your server details
Server software and Minecraft version, plus your Java version. /version gives you the first two.
The plugin version
Also from /version AT-PinataParty, or the startup banner in your console.
Your config
Paste config.yml, or at least the section you are asking about. Use a paste site rather than a wall of text.
The console output
The lines from startup are the useful ones. They say which hologram backend was picked and flag any setting the plugin could not understand. If something went wrong later, include that too.
Before you ask
The FAQ covers the questions that come up most, and the console usually says exactly what is wrong. Unknown sound names, bad particle names, non-carpet materials and unparseable firework effects each log a line naming the entry at fault.
Reporting a bug
Say what you expected, what happened instead, and how to make it happen again. A piece of config that reproduces it is worth more than a description of it.
Suggesting a feature
Worth asking. Say what you are trying to do rather than how you think it should work, since there is often a way already.
