Get help

  • Read the FAQ first. Most common issues are covered there.

  • Check the server console for errors around the time the problem happened. Reset failures and paste failures both log a reason.

Report a problem

When you report something, include:

  • What you did, and what you expected to happen.

  • What happened instead.

  • Any console errors, pasted in full.

  • Your server version and the plugin version.

That is enough to reproduce most issues quickly.
