Before you ask
You will get a faster answer if you include:
- Your server software and version (for example, Paper 1.21.1).
- Your Java version.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Any errors from the console, copied as text.
Never share your config.yml or any Discord webhook URLs in public. Send these only in a private
ticket if a team member asks for them.
Reporting a bug
Open a ticket in the Discord with the details above and clear steps to reproduce the problem. The clearer the steps, the quicker it gets fixed.

For anything about your purchase (a transfer, a refund, or a missing download), open a ticket in the Discord .
