Staff Notes
Keep private notes on a player so your whole team shares the same context.
Notes are short messages your staff attach to a player. The player never sees them. They are perfect for things like “watch this one for advertising” or “warned in DMs about language”. When the next staff member looks the player up, the history is right there.
Commands
/note add <player> <note>
/note list <player>
/note remove <player> <id>| Command | What it does |

/notes works as an alias of /note, so either spelling opens the same command.
You can also manage notes from the staff notes menu. See In-Game Menus.
Each note records who wrote it and when, so you always know where the context came from.
Keeping notes useful
- Write the fact, not a guess. “Said a slur in chat, warned” is more useful than “seems toxic”.
- Remove notes that no longer matter so the list stays readable.
- Notes pair well with history: the history shows actions, the notes show context.
