To get a quick answer, include:

• Your server software and version (for example Paper 1.16.5) and Java version.
• What you did and what happened, with the exact error if there is one.
• The relevant part of your config.yml or the console log (use a paste site for long logs).
• Whether it worked before, and what changed since.
