Duel-RegenPermissions
The permission model, which is deliberately tiny.
Duel-Regen is an admin tool. Players never interact with it directly, so there is exactly one permission node.

Give it to your build or admin rank:
/lp group admin permission set duelregen.admin true(or the equivalent in your permissions plugin).
Regeneration itself needs no permission from anyone. It runs server-side off match events, whoever is fighting.
