Marketplace conversations
If you would rather keep it private, a BuiltByBit conversation works too. It is slower than Discord, so use it for account and purchase questions rather than for something broken.
What to bring
Answering these first turns a long conversation into a short one.
The versions
Your server software and Minecraft version, your Java version, and the WandWorks version. /version WandWorks gives you the last one.
The startup lines
The lines WandWorks prints at startup, especially these two. They say which wands loaded and which shop plugin was actually picked up.

The wand entry from wands.yml that is misbehaving, and the part of config.yml it touches. Paste them, do not describe them.
What you did and what happened
The exact click, the exact message the player saw, and what you expected instead.
Any errors
A full stack trace from the console if there is one, in a paste service rather than a screenshot.
Check the FAQ first. Most reports come down to a shop plugin missing from prices.order, no Vault economy installed, or an InfiniteBags older than 1.3.0.
