What to include
To help us help you, include:
- Your server software and version (Spigot or Paper, and the Minecraft version).
- Your Java version.
- The full console log from startup, ideally on a paste site.
- Your
config.yml, with passwords removed. - What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Before you report a bug
Confirm TheAPI is installed
AT-MailBox will not enable without it. See Installation.
Turn on debug logging
Set general.debug to true in config.yml, reload, and reproduce the problem.
The extra log lines often point straight at the cause.
Grab the console output
Copy the full startup log and the lines from when the problem happens.
