Where to get help and how to report a problem.

Before you ask

Reload and retest
After any config change, run /protools reload and try again. A stale config is the most common cause of odd behaviour.
Read the console
Watch your server console when the plugin loads or when the problem happens. ProTools logs a warning for things like an invalid item in the config.
Report a problem
When you report an issue, include:
- Your server software and Minecraft version.
- What you did and what you expected to happen.
- Any errors from the console (copy the full stack trace if there is one).
- The relevant part of your
config.ymlif the issue is config-related.
