What to include when you ask

The more you share, the faster you get a real answer.

Copy these into your message

1. Your server software and version (Spigot or Paper, and the Minecraft version).
2. Your Java version.
3. What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
4. The exact steps to reproduce it.
5. Any errors from the server console, copied as text.

Turn on debug logging

If a support helper asks for more detail, turn on debug logging and send the extra output.

Step by step: enable debug logging

1. Open config.yml.
2. Set debug: true.
3. Run /collection reload or restart the server.
4. Reproduce the problem.
5. Copy the extra lines from the server console.
6. Set debug: false again when you are done.
